Edit: It's now been a month since I've had Formilla live chat. I'm still blown away, it's the number one app I use on my phone because of the amazing notifications of visitor on your site in real-time. I quickly go on and see what product they are viewing and write a personalized message about the product. "Let me know If i can help you with 'product name'. I recommend this APP, it's more than a live chat, it's an entire CRM. Or just let the automated 'smart messages' do the work

I installed this app last night and have already had two chats with customers! So far so good. Easy to install and pretty intuitive. Although I have analytics connected to my site, I do like the real time tracking of customers. Hoping this will increase conversions.
