This app should be called, "voluntarily share your customer's info with us, and we'll do nothing for you in return Filter." I need an app that can block specific customers, and also block sales to specific states and zip codes. Fraud Filter claims it can do that . The rules that I set up, were made to do that, but, this app does NONE of those things. This is just a scheme for them get your customer's metadata. It's completely useless for anything else. Clearly the 5 star reviews are fake. Don't use this app. It's a fraud. You've been warned.

Had it installed for about 6 months. Doesn't work well at all. Very hard to navigate. Now it won't even let us create or update rules. Don't bother, accept that Shopify should fix this internally and refuse to.

Practically useless. - This app requires you to create completely new and separate rule for every individual customer you want to block. No support for a single list.
- As others have stated, this app does not block the order from occurring. It just cancels it after the fact, leaving the merchant out of pocket for the transaction fee.

I really feel like Shopify doesn't give a single F about fraud. This app is a joke and a slap in the face to customers. Shopify might as well be in bed with the thieves. You provide a platform but you don't do anything to help me protect my customers. They are essentially your customers too Shopify!

this app as dangerous and wasteful as it gives you false sense of security,
filters do not work!!!
We lost a lot of money due to chargebacks
It is extremely irresponsible for Shopify to offer this app to us in the first place!!!

Nope, it simply doesn't work. I made a few test orders after setting up all the filters. It did not cancel any order. Didn't expect this from the official Shopify devs. I suppose most of the devs at Shopify are not competent enough.

I set up several filters and none of them worked. Waste of time.

This app is terrible. The filters it allows you to stop orders are completely unhelpful - unless you happen to know the exact email address, IP address or other specific information that the criminal will use, it doesn't help. I'm not sure why it's designed this way because its a Shopify app and Shopify is actually very good at flagging fraud orders. But it doesn't allow you to automatically block or cancel orders that it believes are fraudulent.

Useless App Shopify used to offer billing doesn't match shipping or order declined now they take away any fraud protection and give this joke of an app. We will be off shopify very soon!
