Being sellers of mouth hygiene products, it gets us concerned if we get seemingly large orders – makes you always wonder if it’s fraudulent and we’ll end up having a chargeback request. At the same time – we do want to execute them and earn. The automated option to ask for customer identity does help us, as we feel safer to release the goods. Thank you

Wow! Ability to verify customer's identity for suspicious orders is exactly what I was looking for.
Every time I received a large order from an unknown customer, I was stressed. Scammers had got me in the past and that really hurt my trust in people.
I want to believe that those are real customers, I want to make sure I can get my products to them...
But once these fraudsters get away with it, they come back for more! However, this changed after installing Pluginhost. Now I no longer need to be so anxious and can fulfill my orders in peace. All I need to do is set a rule for high value orders and wait for an ID or utility bill to be sent over by the customer. Thanks!!!
