とても便利そうでしたが、レイヤーを背景に設定するとロゴが消え、フロントにすると商品とロゴがかぶってしまい、背景にのみロゴを配したかったので、残念ですがアンインストールしました。改善されたらまた利用したいです。

Chat support feature doesn't work at all. Even in a premium version we are not allowed to choose stickers from existing stickers

Hi, we haven't received any support requests from your account. The live chat option is at the bottom right corner of the app. You can also try the contact developer option in the Apps list. There are no restrictions on selecting existing stickers for any type of account. Can you please send some screenshots and help explain the issue more clearly so that we can understand better? I initially had a great experience with this app. The pricing is excellent considering the range of features included. I particularly used the watermark and sticker functions, which worked well for my needs. The automatic watermarking feature for new products was especially convenient.
However, after some time, a significant issue arose. The app began duplicating watermarked photos while also keeping the original photos published (seemingly storing them in backup). When I contacted customer support, they suggested the problem was due to conflicts with a third-party app rewriting the photos. This explanation wasn't satisfactory as I don't use any other photo management apps, which I demonstrated to them.
I attempted various troubleshooting steps, including reverting the photos, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the duplication issue persisted. Unfortunately, due to this unresolved problem, I can no longer continue using the app despite its otherwise useful features and attractive pricing.
