Service has been great. Had an issue and needed to make updates, and Georgim got me all handled. Answered my questions, there were many as I'm not super technical, and provided screenshots for guidance when needed. Absolutely incredible service! I recently upgraded to the Enterprise plan, and the support has been outstanding. A special thanks to Georgi Georgiev, who was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. The technical team logged into my store and completely cleaned up all the messy codes and Google Tag Manager errors left by a previous freelancer. They configured my Meta/Facebook Pixel and Conversions API perfectly without me needing to touch a single line of code. Now that everything is properly configured on my store, I fully expect Meta to process the new data and completely clear all the warnings within the next 1-2 days. My Shopify store is now 100% compliant and working flawlessly. If you want peace of mind, this app and their team are worth every single penny. Highly recommended!

the support team is very helpful with particular issues without standard AI answers. It helped me fix default consent state issues caused by some weird code in theme.liquid which interfered with Consentmo.
