Really impressed. Had an email about an issue. had a clickable link to the live chat with a note of the issues already in the chat. Georgi was really helpful identifying what needed to be updated and giving me step by step tutorials of what needed doing and how exactly to do it. He was patient and helpful. Which is even better as we are on one of the lower plans.

Consentmo is fantastic. It's easy to customise the banner, but most importantly their support is absolutely top notch. They're so quick to respond and they go above and beyond to help you out. I recently had Georgi help me out and he was incredible – identified the issue and configured everything we needed for us, did it super quickly, even though we had a slightly complex setup with multiple apps and Google Tag Manager. He checked everything really thoroughly and sent video screen recordings showing all the tags firing correctly and compliantly, so I can be reassured we're GDPR compliant. Probably one of the most attentive, fastest responses from a maintained app on Shopify I have experienced. A must to stay compliant, they are fast and save you hours reading pages of irrelevant out-of-date docs on endless sites. Zeus put our site correct on support in less than 5 mins. Thanks.
