I uninstalled the app two months ago and haven’t used it since, yet I continue to be charged. There’s no 24/7 support—only email—and the lack of responsiveness has been frustrating. I've clearly unsubscribed, but the charges have persisted. I’ve reached out and hope the refund is processed soon. This should not be happening and needs to be resolved urgently.

The support is slow (24 hours) to get responses as they are in india. The automatic redirect was very slow (3-5 seconds) which didn't work for our customer experience. Tried for a week to get it working with no luck.
