Was looking to set up Google Reviews, Loads of help given, and much advice offered.

Absolutely no customer service. Reached out 20 times over a two week span and nothing, outside of the first message to get paid. They wanted extra money to do the things that the app promotes on their sales page, but what you get with it is basically nothing, unless you pay to code it or buy their regular app at 20 times the price. DO NOT recommend. Waste of time and better apps out there.

Thank you for highlighting this, looks like your support request fell through the cracks and no-one from the backend team was able to resolve this immediately.
We can take up the custom configurations without any additional charges. There were multiple feature requests over chat for which the support representative had indicated that there would be additional charges.
Should you re-install the app again, we would be happy to chat with you and provide configurations as per your requirement.
Customer support is spectacular. Especially Bhavya. So far, I am enjoying the app. Looking forward to getting more reviews and sales for my store.

The app works! My google page is active since 3 years and was about 50 reviews when I installed the app. After about 5 weeks I receive about 15 reviews! It's about the 20% more in a month. The app works, my expectations was low but I had to change my mind! Now I'm with the Grow plan. Suggested for everyone that want to grow their numbers of reviews on Google my business!

This app has helped our store go from 0 reviews to over 1000 reviews in less than 6 months. If you have an online store please download this app. This will dramatically increase your reviews on Google which is vital to a business in today's economy.

I added this app so it can automatically request reviews from customers. Im going to try the sms route to see how that performs as well. Only wish it had more customization options for the emails but hopefully soon it will be added.
