Update** Sept 25, 2020
I had an issue with a customer who ordered a gift card but did not receive it. I messaged the Chat and Sam replied back to me quickly and informed that there was concern that the customer used part of a gift card to pay for the gift card. The level of sophistication to safeguard us is great. I really enjoy using Rise. It is the most expensive app we use but quality does not come cheap. Money well spent! I found Rise while searching for a gift card based loyalty program. I have never looked back since. After downloading it, I saw it was very intuitive to set up. I scheduled a call with a Rise representative to speak about the app and what it can do. After a quick 30 min call, I had what I needed to continue building out my flows and start building greater loyalty with my customers. This is the fastest I have been up and running with an app. Rise has been great and they continue to be great. Thank you for the amazing service and awesome product!

Pretty cool tool to simplify the Gifting option. Ari's customer service is outstanding. Very responsive and open to customization requests with a tight turnaround time. Would recommend to anyone looking to a simple solution to add the gifting option.

At first I was initially irritated that their old pricing guide wasn't clear and didn't realize what was/wasn't included at different price points until after installation. HOWEVER....After seeing it from the customer perspective they changed their pricing tier wording here in the app store the next day to reflect things more clearly. The Rise team really does care about how their customers and potential customers feel about their product and genuinely want everyone to enjoy its features and everything be clear. Not to mention, it has great store credit features that I don't think any other app has.

Rise.ai was the answer to two pieces of functionality we were trying to add to our store. First, we wanted to provide a digital gift card that buyers could send to someone else so that person could make a purchase of their choice. Rise.ai did this SO easily and that gift card has the most sales on our store.

Second, we wanted to provide a one time bonus gift card for first time buyers. There were a few stipulations such as the product being from certain collections but Rise.ai support helped us create the workflow so the bonus gift cards were issued correctly.

The clean dashboard, simple set up and responsive customer support make Rise.ai a five star app!
