Rise helped me immensely as I migrated my point of sale system (including all of my gift cards) from Square to Shopify. When I encountered some difficulty with the importing of all of my gift card codes, Rise helped me solve the issue even though it turned out to be a simple excel issue. Their customer service support went above and beyond. This app is an excellent addition to my shopify store for store credit and for gift cards. Their customer service is excellent!

Really like the turnkey approach to creating user scenarios, easy-to-use workflows, and the automation process for rewarding customers. I've built a customer loyalty program using their workflows (reward customers for repeat purchases, incentivize higher cart value orders, and leverage the gift card functionality for a rewards program, contests and promotions, and store credit refunds). Very versatile platform. Easy to use for non-developers.
Eddie has been a big help setting up our loyalty program! I only gave it 4 stars, because we've been using it less than a week.
Update: After using them for over a year, I have given them a 5 star review. They have been very helpful with our account over the last year...
