Rise.ai was the answer to two pieces of functionality we were trying to add to our store. First, we wanted to provide a digital gift card that buyers could send to someone else so that person could make a purchase of their choice. Rise.ai did this SO easily and that gift card has the most sales on our store.
Second, we wanted to provide a one time bonus gift card for first time buyers. There were a few stipulations such as the product being from certain collections but Rise.ai support helped us create the workflow so the bonus gift cards were issued correctly.
The clean dashboard, simple set up and responsive customer support make Rise.ai a five star app!

This app is fantastic, it does everything I was hoping for, plus more. The most impressive thing so far for me is the amazing customer service! I was unsure how to convert what I wanted my site to look like into reality and Roy went above and beyond to answer my many questions. Rise helped me immensely as I migrated my point of sale system (including all of my gift cards) from Square to Shopify. When I encountered some difficulty with the importing of all of my gift card codes, Rise helped me solve the issue even though it turned out to be a simple excel issue. Their customer service support went above and beyond. This app is an excellent addition to my shopify store for store credit and for gift cards. Their customer service is excellent!

Really like the turnkey approach to creating user scenarios, easy-to-use workflows, and the automation process for rewarding customers. I've built a customer loyalty program using their workflows (reward customers for repeat purchases, incentivize higher cart value orders, and leverage the gift card functionality for a rewards program, contests and promotions, and store credit refunds). Very versatile platform. Easy to use for non-developers.
