So far the service and functionality have been great! It defininitely takes a while to set up and customize but worth it if you're going to use it a lot.

I am still trying to figure out how the possibilities of this app will help our business. So far, it seems to be appropriate regarding loyalty programs and managing credit store.
Also, John has been so helpful and available whenever we needed him to help us solve our doubts
WOW...the RISE crew is unbelievably helpful and their product is superb. We are always proposing new marketing schemes that require guidance and, perhaps, even some tweaks to how giftcards need to be handled (because of our 3rd party POS system). But the RISE team is ALWAYS ready and on the ball...helping us plan how to achieve our goal and assisting from the back end...And the wait time for support is negligible. So..once again...WOW.

I love working with the Rise team. They're response time is faster then light and they are always there to solve any issue that arises. Pauline has helped me on countless occasions and is always so informative and super friendly! Even when Rise is experiencing technical difficulties, the team is quick to respond and update!
