Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

I am not technical at all and was having trouble getting things set up properly. Pretty much all of it was user error on my part. Ari spent all morning working with me and answering my questions and helping me edit things with lots of patience. If you want a gift card app with great customer service, this is the one.

This app has been really great for us. We use it to run our rewards program. Our previous rewards program was based on points and we had multiple customer contacts each week because it was overly confusing. The Rise program is really simple and straight forward and we've had great feedback from our customers.

It was really easy to setup and we were able to simply import our existing customers into the Rise system. It looks great on our website and performs exactly as it should.

Great product with a great team behind it too that genuinely wants to see its users get the best out of the app. I was super surprised to have received a call from Ari who then proceeded to help me out with a urgent issue we were facing. Not to forget Noa who's been ever so courteous on the help chat over the past few days. Keep it up. i wish you guys all the success with this app. We are here to support you!

We've had great success with digital gift card sales after implementing this app! You'd expect for Shopify to have this sort of functionality built in (sending a gift card directly to a recipient), but since they don't, this is the next best thing!!

The customer service has been SO helpful in working through miscellaneous issues and customizations during install - seriously, I don't think I've encountered an app with quicker response times, and I've used dozens of apps. Five stars all-around.

I love this app. I replaced mine (a combo of 2 apps) one for loyalty and one for rewards and I love it since day one. It is so INTUITIVE for my customers to use. I'm looking forward to the holiday season with Rise. I spent a great deal of time customizing customer emails, the popup cards, etc. And found the process time-consuming, but easy—in other words, exactly as expected. Throughout the process, as minor issues arose, customer service has been very quick to respond and assist me with my queries. Highly recommended. Update 11.19.20: Even the smallest, least consequential tweaks to random design-related nonsense is met with prompt, and with one Rise associate in particular, cheerful help. Thank you Dana, you're an absolute gem:) And you deserve a raise.
