Amazing App and the support can't get any better... extremely friendly, fast and very supportive... my special thanks goes to ARI Yahalom... :-) Got all my questions answered in no time... It's never been easier for customers to purchase a gift... I highly recommend any store owner to at least give this app a try...
I’ve had a great experience so far setting up the app! The gift cards are beautiful and look amazing in the store. But I’m most excited about the rewards program! There is lots of great guidance available on the Rise site to help you set up, but when I can’t find the answer I’m looking for, the customer service team has been outstanding. They’ve kindly have helped me with all of my questions and worked through any issues. It does take a bit of time to set up, but the level of detail and customization is well worth it. I can’t wait to share this rewards program with my customers!

The app is very easy to use. The design is simple yet sophisticated and the team is extremely helpful. Love it!
So far we love the app! It has improved our customers experience by giving them the flexibility to automatically send the gift card on scheduled dates and write a personal message. We are now exploring their loyalty and promotional functions like sending BOGO gift cards. Customer service chat has been quick to answer and they understand their product well.

Gift Wizard is great + easy to use.. I think it will easily pay for itself over the next month. I had trouble sending complimentary cards to customers, and Ari jumped on a call with me within 24 hours of emailing about the issue. Super awesome!

The app is easy to use. It's nice to send quick store credits to customers. Customer service is even better than the app. I thought I had an issue (later found out it was something I had done in my settings) so I emailed customer service. They quickly discovered what my issue was and how I did it and walked me through fixing it. Which was just as simple as a click. I definitely recommend this app to any shop!
