Rise.ai: Gift Cards & Loyalty

We love this app! We use GiftWIzard to set up our gift card and rewards program. Great app and helps boost engagement.

While I haven't needed too much from them, their support has been amazing. I highly recommend this app big time.

It amazes me that Shopify doesn't have a built-in way to send e-gift cards to another recipient - who buys a gift card to send it to themselves? - which is why I'm SO grateful for this app.

It's so reasonably priced for what you get, and the level of support you get from Ari and is team is like you're paying double the amount. Ari took the time to show a demo of the app for me months back, and finally, very last minute, I installed it to launch alongside a digital gift card marketing campaign we're executing in December. Ari was quick to help with a few tweaks to ensure everything was running smoothly prior to our campaign launch, and I'm thrilled with the look and feel and entire app experience!
If only more app developers could work like this!

The application works super well, and very happy customers.

Their support staff are the BEST I've dealt with in a long time! I love the App and the tings it can do.....looking forward to testing it's limits while learning it's functions.....I would like more control over the gallery though....I'd like to be able to delete duplicate or not wanted images and have ability to group - theme images into collections and make available to customers instead of limited carousel as is. Otherwise Love it!

We implemented Rise in November to make sure we had an easy way for customers to send and schedule gift cards throughout the holiday season. We're so glad we were able to get it live quickly! The team is very responsive and helpful.

I'm so glad I found this app. It's exactly what I was looking for - gift cards, easy to manage, flexible store credit and a simple purchase based loyalty system all in one. I like the control it gives you and that it's up to you how complex and layered you make your programs. Lots of flexibility in it. Customer service - shout out to Noa - has been great. Really happy.

Not only is the app great and comes highly recommended from other companies, but also their customer service is amazing! They're always around to help resolve our issues and always do it in a timely fashion. Highlight recommend!

Some of the functionality isn't super intuitive at first but customer support has been great, all of my questions have been answered and I feel confident that I know how make the app work for me!
