It took me last than 1 hour to enable Gift Cards in my store - it was a big deal for me!
Then, I've discovered that I could also issue store credits when I try to incentivize people to buy or when I have a refund request.
And then I've learned that I could actually automate emails and use the same app for the abandoned cart recovery.
I'm killing it now thanks to this app!

The features and process of this app could be made more clear / explicit, but after a few back and forth communications with Ari (and Mark), who were both helpful and easy to reach, I find it to be very good and easy to use. Strongly recommend!
The customer service with this app is fantastic. I have a had a couple unique issues with installing and using the app properly and the entire Rise team has been very helpful and great on following up.

Incredible customer service. Running CartHook for checkouts and Rise was able to migrate my native Shopify gift cards in a matter of hours during the weekend - great tech, even better CX team.

This app is really great - such a straightforward platform to use with tons of functionality.
So far all the services inside this app - store credit, loyalty rewards, gift cards, bulk - work seamless and easy to configure. One thing that we're still missing - no credit reminders email but they say it will go live soon. We'll wait and see.
The team is also great and very responsive.

Highly recommend it! Was recommended this app by a friend who was using it on his store. Very easy to set up and the guys at GiftWizard were quick with the help (thanks Ari and Ethan).
I set up the automated emails to send gift cards for big spenders and that has generated a couple of sales straight away.
All great so far!
