I am beyond thrilled with how amazing their customer support is!! I was right away greeted by an actual person and to make things even better Danielle was so so so helpful. She not only helped me quickly find my error and corrected it, but she took it a step (or several steps) forward and helped tweak and better what I had already set up!

I cannot wait to begin introducing my clients to this new perk of shopping with me & I look forward to continued quality support from this company!!

It's a nice app. Pricey to get all of the features desired. We had it installed for several months and no one signed up so we cannot justify the cost. Customer Support has been really good to work with.

We added this app to our website for baby registries. Great app. It does exactly what it needs to do. Its layout could be improved as it is rather basic. The support team is great.

As a small business, this app is of a great potential. However, not practical at all. Desktop & mobile versions are different. Desktop version for instance, you have to click on each product to add to cart while mobile version has an add to cart next to each product. The team is reactive but It's a pity you have to pay USD300 if you wish to improve their template when really the initial issue is their app isn't practical to begin with. I put 2 stars as still is a very basic but affordable option until I can shift to a better, smoother app.

Jason and Max are very helpful in handling my concerns. Though i wish you have an option for a 24 hour chat support because I'm having a hard time with the time zone difference. But overall, you have have a superb customer support.

I can also attest to the amazing customer service. Danielle has been wonderful at helping me with all of my requests. A few minutes after sending over an email with changes, I would refresh my web page and they were taken care of like that! Super quick and helpful!

We have been looking for a registry solution across many platforms. Gift Reggie is by far the best one around. Easy to use, easy to maintain. We can create and update registries for our clients, associate orders when needed and can easily find them when making a search. Highly recommend the solution. Customer service is super friendly and helpful!

App does what it says. Support is great. They helped me deconflict some issues with some conflicting theme customizations and also were able to pinpoint the issue very quickly.
