This app is THE BEST gift wrap app on the platform, I promise you will not be disappointed. I received grade a customer support - immediately fast replies! I asked the developer for a change, and it was changed within 24 hours... absolutely incredible. I've been using this app for months now and am always impressed at it's intuitiveness. I see other shops that use a different gift wrap app and none of the others look at integrated, smooth and clean as Gift Wrap Plus does. Also - you get the MOST for your dollar here - other apps are way more expensive and offer LESS features. I am very happy this was the first app I chose for gift wrap - the dashboard makes everything easy to view/edit. These guys are great. I have been using fownone year or so! Super valuable app. Just upgraded for the holiday season! I had one small issue and the team fixed it within hours! If you own an Ecommerce retail product store. THIS IS A MUST BUY!
It's really easy to set up. It's cool that I could upload my own picture on the free plan. I searched for many add on gift wrapping and I'm glad I found this one. Oh, and customer service was the bomb! Fast and helpful.
So far so good. A very handy apps to have, especially when you want to offer gift wrapping for holidays shopping. We had a minor glitch when the apps was first installed. I contacted their customer service and got immediate response within a few minutes. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes. Now it's working great.
