Support was great when we had a glitch
Super easy and intiuitive to use. They have fixed all the bugs I have noticed. We use this for two of our brands. Only request is I wish when adding a free gift that you could 'hide' from the website so it ONLY appears in the cart when the threshold is met.
This app makes it super easy to enable dynamic promotions. I've used it for the last three years for Cyber Monday to gift our customers with a free product with purchase. The setup is very easy and straightforward, and the integration with Shopify works effectively. Today there was a slight glitch with the application of the promotion. I reached out to their customer support and Nathan responded back to me with a resolution within 5 minutes! I so appreciate that level of customer service!
Perfect tool that allows you to combine a free gift with a custom discount based on the cart contents. All without having to add ugly interface elements to your existing flow.
Great app, easy to set up rules and has increased AOV. Nathan was awesome too resolving a query i had to customise the background of the pop up.
We will continue to use this app for further rules next year.
