Nathan from the Easygift team has been a wonderful support - we had a few custom requests for the pop up which I wasn't sure would even be possible and Nathan actioned these within less than 24 hours! Very grateful and looking forward to using the app for more loyalty activations going forward.

We use EasyGift to add items automatically to customer's carts based on certain perks. It works extremely well! When we did hit a snag with another Shopify app (GiftShip), I reached out to EasyGift Support and they immediately began working on the issue, resolving it well before the discussed timeline. They were thoughtful, kind, friendly, quick and professional in their communication -- it was clear we were dealing with real humans who really care about creating an awesome product. 10/10 would recommend!

Very handy app. We used this versatile and convenient tool to give away some short-dated stock. It enabled us to shift the product rapidly and avoid wastage. If you can't initially get the app to do what you want, don't hesitate to get in touch with their support desk. Nathan gave us excellent support throughout our latest campaign and showed great persistence in finding us the right solution. It's so refreshing to find this level of customer support and to have the same agent own the ticket from beginning to end.
