Laura did solve my problem. Though there is still something need to be improved in this application.

The GLO Related Products, Upsell App is directly responsible for adding thousands of dollars to our Shopify Store revenue. Over the last few months, we have been able to convince customers to add extra consumables to their orders. I would recommend the GLO Related Products, Upsell App to other Shopify store owners!

Easy to set-up and super useful on website. My only wish is that I could add to products that are in draft mode so that I could finalize it before publishing to website.

hoped for more customizable options like colours, image size etc but i am on the free version
the chat was really helpful, removed the watermark within seconds and very friendly!

Update: I realized maybe I didn't got the grasp of the app and am now waiting for support as it stopped working.

I have been using the app for over a year now and I can really tell it works. It has helped me give visibility to other products less frequently bought, and have definitely seen the increase in sales!

I like the app. It took a little time to work with, but once I got the swing of it, I was able to make it work with my website easily with very little help. The team is very responsive. I do recommend it.

We use this app for our recently viewed, related products and frequently bough together widgets. It is the best app for these tools that we have worked with. Apart from the great product, customer support and technical support is amazing, replying swiftly and helping wherever they can.

Support for our theme was amazing within hours changes to customise the theme. It is simple to use. We have over 1700 products so manual recommendations has taken some time. Perhaps the developers will add a bulk edit function in the future. Overall we are very happy.
