They have also covered the merchant center data for you to have a look at so that you can view it in the app itself. The tracking info of shipped products is also updated to the Google merchant center. It makes it easy to check the currently pending issues if any and acts as a nice reminder to fix them. Just a single click after install, and merchant center data can be imported in the app easily.

Before I downloaded this app I looked at the negative reviews to see if there was a trend in what people were saying. There was a lot of talk about how the customer service is very bad and not interactive. Also that the service pushes you to increase your plan constantly and doesn't help you with the plan you currently have. Luckily those were only 5 bad reviews while this app has 398 5 star reviews.

When I first downloaded the app I had no idea what I was doing but I instantly was assisted by customer service and they helped me through every single step so fast and I didn't have to lift a finger. So far, the service is excellent and worth a 5 star rating. I am looking forward to seeing if this service increases my online engagement and sales.

This app is awesome and provides almost seamless order integration with Shopify and Goggle express store. This is our second store using this app. Another advantage is the excellent support and timely responses by the team in every area of the app and google store setup.

By far the best app for Google Shopping. It does what it says it does. The customer service is responsive and helpful. I've added another of their apps and if they have any more apps that they create and I need, I'll add it to my lineup of apps. I really like this app, it has helped us tremendously with managing a large volume of unique products (20k+). We were able to easily install and utilize the service, at a reasonable cost, and continue to advertise our shopping products on Google. It also makes setting up promotions for certain product sets very easy. Finally, we have had some really specific needs for our feed and their customer service, while they operate on different hours than us, have been quick to assist with creating custom feed rules to resolve issues. You can set the feeds very precisely and adjust them to the products.
