Tapita: SEO Optimizer & Speed

I have only positive things to say about the Tapita: SEO & Speed Optimizer app and the customer service. I originally installed the app about a year ago and saw amazing improvements to my page speed and performance scores within 20 minutes of clicking the install button. I then let the app do its thing and basically forgot about it as I got on with running the business. However, last week I updated my website's theme and the speed and performance scores saw a massive reduction. I played around with the settings in the app and couldn't get anywhere, so I contacted customer support and they said they would optimise everything and feedback to me within 24 hours. True to their word, I received an email the next day saying the improvements had been made. I checked for myself and everything is performing perfectly again... what wonderful customer service. I have been using Tapita for a few months now and honestly, I wasn’t sure it was worth it. I initially got it because it did SEO fixes and compressed images. That’s just the tip of the iceberg of what the tool can do.
Since I hadn’t completely set everything up (completely my fault!), I decided that I was going to dig into Tapita a little more to see if I could fix some of the SEO issues and find value with the tool. Well, I clicked on one button and was immediately sent to support - where I talked to Liam. This was a game changer for me and my confidence with the tool. Liam was so helpful! He helped me get issues fixed that I didn’t even know what they meant. He worked with me for a long time (maybe an hour or more) on helping me get the SEO items fixed. He was able to get all but 2 and those are ones I need to be the one to fix. He gave me screen shots and emails that showed me exactly what he did. And now my score is a 97 for SEO!
I continue to find value with Tapita every day and find it being one of my go-to tools for daily activities to track progress, keywords, performance etc. I recommend this tool and also recommend asking them for help!

I got to give it to this app, I don't think a app has had quite the impression on me like this one and quick. This app is most definitely a MUST HAVE upon install I seen a significant increase in scores. This app is very user friendly but some things you will need help with and with that said that is where Lani from the support team came in and came through for me and Jimmy John's fast. If the whole support team is anything like Lani then us entrepreneurs have no choice but to win with this app. Lani was very fast with the help and fixed all critical errors that was going on with our store, not to mention she is very kind, and patient and will to answer any concerning questions. Thank you Lani. Now as for this app and the support team which I assume they are the devs of the app, I must say they are doing anybody with a Shopify store a great service with both the free and paid plans. As it is you get so much done with just having a free plan and you willing and great service with it, a lot of errors was fixed and thats a big deal being we just installed the app. We as entrepreneurs will be upgrading to a higher plan as soon as possible, this app has some great potential and think it will serve us well, not to mention it can't have over 2000 downloads for nothing. Thank to the team at Tapita, and thank you to our host Lani for the services. We highly recommend.
