GovX is simple to use as a retailer, and simple to use for our customers. A win-win situation. Some of the other solutions we reviewed were costly and didn't provide any additional service or convenience to our GovX type of customers that warranted the costs.

GovX ID is a great platform. We wanted to contribute and give back to our soldiers and their family members in some way as gratitude for their service and sacrifice. This is a great way to do just that. Would recommend to other businesses to give back to service members.

The GovX app was simple to install + integrate to our Shopify store. We have had zero problems since implementation and GovX woks seamlessly for our customers at checkout. With GovX we have been able to do away with a large portion of one-off discount codes and save hours of labor for our customer service team! GovX streamlines and eases the process of vetting veterans and offering them a discount at our online store. The customer support team was/has been very responsive and helpful setting up the program and working with them around additional special promotions. Very easy to install and amazing customer service. Being a veteran and some veteran employees, this app meant a lot to us to be able to offer our customers. We have shopify plus so there was some coding to be able to use it with our cart. We also have Rebuy. This was no issue at all. I just sent in a ticket and after a few email exchanges they went right in with the access we gave them and fixed it ASAP. It was easy to use and they have a prepopulated page to explain the process for customers so you do not have to write it yourself.

I really appreciate our partnership with GovX. Their app is easy to set up and integrates seamlessly with my store. I love the fact that their military and first responder verifications are free. The platform we used previous to GovX had verification tiers that got very expensive at scale and just didn't make sense for us. Their customer service has always been kind and very responsive to all of our inquiries. Literally every interaction we've had with them has been positive (big shout out to Jessica Milligan and Gabi Taubman!). Any company looking for this kind of solution should give GovX a shot first. We took a chance on them and they exceeded our expectations.
