Super flexible feature set and really, really great customer service. Excited to get started with using GrowthHero!
GrowthHero is intuitive and smart. We just processed our first payout during the first month of use. Setting up the PayPal API was a bit tedious, but Simon in the support department was fast and responsive and solved my issue. Looking forward to expanding our use of GrowthHero.

You must be try, the feature is absolutely provided an excellent experience for both affiliate user and store owner.
This is a pretty comprehensive app. It felt like it was the right mix of offerings for the price. One of the best things about this app is their help. It is AWESOME. They most definitely get back to you in less than 24 hours, and you have the same person who will go back with you multiple times within a day and also within a few minutes of you sending your note. Dagmara understood the problems that felt a little complicated and then provided incredibly detailed and CLEAR directions. It's a bummer to not have phone or live chat help, but Dagmara was amazing. And I had that experience with another person prior to the latest... so it's consistent.
So far so good! App support was extremely helpful and responsive as I was running into questions or needed clarity during set-up. We are looking forward to seeing how Growth Hero can help us grow our clients stores.
After more than a year and a half using this App I can reassure my experience is perfect: everything works, it is easy to use, and most important is that GrowthHero team is always updating it and willing to help with any doubt or new thing you can imagine. The original review after 4 days of use was the following: This app is so easy! Now I can manage my ambassadors perfectly. In the first 4 days I have increased sales and I think this is only the beginning!!
Simon and team are really diligent and quick and supported me in all the steps. I highly recommend both the App and the Team, much more now that I am having results in such a short period of time!
