Wonderful returns app, especially considering the new pricing model for merchants accepting PayPal! Meets most of our needs. Features I would love to see in the future include:

Great Concept. HORRIBLE customer service and very slow time to help you with issues. If you are paying this much a month for a service they should attend to your issues. LIKE LOGGING IN. It defaults every time to signing up for a new account and you can't log in. ALSO IT WONT LET YOU POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS.

We implemented Happy Returns on ModCloth and are very happy with the outcome. The CEO of Betabrand told me that Happy Returns was one provider who upheld their word and that he was very pleased with the platform. This convinced me to add it to ModCloth. Stay away. Not interested in working with majority of Shopify merchants anymore. They are clearly now focused on mega merchants with tons of returns.

Edit: Update to my review. Support came and sorted my issue and helped me setup my store. This app has really easy customisation, and support was very helpful. I'm looking forward to using it whenever a returns pops up.

Unable to even use the app, get an error saying" Your email must contain @ and a domain" when signing up.

As a larger DTC Brand, HappyReturns is more than just an app, they're a wonderful partner. Technically speaking, integration with Shopify was easy and seamless (about a day of configuration work). Similar to a previous review, during the initial call you are told you can make customizations and all the great features when in reality, there is very little customization you can do.
