Merchants appreciate this app for its high-quality, eco-friendly products from reputable European and US brands, enhancing customer trust. It features a user-friendly interface, seamless Shopify integration, and responsive customer support, including direct involvement from founders. The app is noted for efficient order fulfillment and shipping in Europe, valuable marketing resources, and automated dropshipping features. Continuous updates and new product additions keep the service current and valuable.
Quite bumpy experience so far. Many errors in the stock levels (ordered products appear to be out of stock after the order -> disappointed customers), also errors in shipments. For example they forget to send an order or shipped wrong products. In my shop the amount of Hertwill errors have been over 15% which makes it very difficult to start a new shop if you cannot rely on the supplier and the result of many orders is a disappointed customer. The products are high quality but pricing can be a bit challenging as in many cases the brands are selling the products cheaper at their own webshops.
It would be a 5 star partner if it worked.

Customer support is responsive and helpful, the app is easy to install, pricing feels reasonable, and there’s a good range of quality products from European brands. The only downside is that shipping can be a bit expensive for some markets/products — but it’s understandable. Overall, I do recommend this app.
I love how Hertwill is taking an honest and transparent approach to helping people start their business while sourcing the best quality. Many all natural, organic, eco-friendly, handmade products from proud family owned businesses. Even the customer service is responsive with real people (often Joosep one of the co-founders). Plus, their integration with Shopify works well with very little effort. Strongly recommend.
