I installed this App and uninstalled it within 5 minutes after seeing it was not what I needed. Got charged anyways and developer (Raj) would not refund it even though he understood what the situation was. Although $2.50 isn't a lot of money, it comes down to principal. If someone didn't use your app, and you can see in the system they did not use your app, don't charge them for it.
