I really needed an option to have my customers agree to my terms, especially since august 2025 when the US cancelled the below $800 de-minimus tax free import threshold for consumers.
Recently I wanted to upgrade to a new version of the theme. Termzy did not work and I contacted support who solved the problem rapidly and again I'm a very happy customer.
The best app! You have to cover yourself in all angles when it comes to scammers.
Really nice little app. Needed a little help and contacted support. Mady was very helpful and efficient. My issue was resolved. I'm very pleased with the app.

My store has a custom cart draw which I couldn't get the app to show on (it worked fine on the basket page), but Termzy support was able to get it working in no time.
Setting up is easy and ensures customers accept our terms and conditions during checkout. The customer service is excellent – always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this app to businesses looking for a reliable solution.

we where looking for a checkbox to sell used goods, and the checkbox should only appear for certain products. app is easy to setup. however we discovered, that when adding the product in the not empty cart the checkbox did not appear. support super helpful, fixed this with a few lines of code in our theme! 5*. Just missing the feature of adding another checkbox for terms & condition within the same app. Thank you!
