Just started using this app, so not too much experience yet, but my first impression is GREAT. It was plug and play. Just had a minor problem with text color and they fixed it straight away over the chat. Really amazing service.

App is pretty straightforward and does what it needs to. The app had some issues connecting with my theme (Prestige) but I reached out to their support team and they fixed it for me within a matter of hours. I basically didn't have to do anything and I feel better about having this on my site than not. Def recommend!

Why you need this app? It protects you from chargebacks ! Unfortunately just the print does not work these days; the buyer needs to acknowledge it manually. I have a paid theme. Not good at coding. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUPERB
