It's good when it works.

Customers often get errors when trying to authenticate, and support never replies to queries. We had to install the free alternative app and we are seeing better results.

We might delete id.me altogether in the next month if the alternative app continues to work.

Unfortunately, I have also been unable to use the app. When customers click on their link, there is an error. I have tried many times for help, and to this day, I have not had a solution or even a person willing to help me look into it further. I was hoping for good things, but this company has issues, and it is a shame.

The app stopped working and I have submitted multiple support tickets but still cannot get any support! I cannot even disable it, as it gives me an error, so all it does is upset my customers. DO NOT USE until they can get their support straightened out.

Very disappointed with this app. The "Verify Me" links didn't work after setup and there is no documentation to help understand what might be going on. Also couldn't disable the app as other reviewers have pointed out. Reached out to support and there was no response. I don't work with app vendors that don't support their apps.

Used this App for over a year, and was very impressed with its performance. However, the app stopped working about 5 months ago (unable to access the dashboard to make modifications or change settings). Have email ID.me support over 6 times without a reply. We've since made a move to a different app out of desperation of poor customer service.

As a marketing manager for a shopify ecommerce store. You are pitched for so many features and tools to add to your website. The two things I look for is 1. how easy is it to set up and 2. will it hurt our websites load speed? In this case we had a tech migration that was really easy to be able to provide Id me users a solution to find a great night's rest on a GhostBed Mattress. So it was easy kind of like waking up refreshed to start your day!
