This app has never worked with our store and support hasn't gotten back to us in months on how to fix it.
It's good when it works.
Customers often get errors when trying to authenticate, and support never replies to queries. We had to install the free alternative app and we are seeing better results.
We might delete id.me altogether in the next month if the alternative app continues to work.
Unfortunately, I have also been unable to use the app. When customers click on their link, there is an error. I have tried many times for help, and to this day, I have not had a solution or even a person willing to help me look into it further. I was hoping for good things, but this company has issues, and it is a shame.
The app stopped working and I have submitted multiple support tickets but still cannot get any support! I cannot even disable it, as it gives me an error, so all it does is upset my customers. DO NOT USE until they can get their support straightened out.
Used this App for over a year, and was very impressed with its performance. However, the app stopped working about 5 months ago (unable to access the dashboard to make modifications or change settings). Have email ID.me support over 6 times without a reply. We've since made a move to a different app out of desperation of poor customer service.
