You can't see the pictures uploaded by customers in the backend, and there is no customer service to interface with.

If you require your customers to upload images with their order then this is the app for you. I am really impressed by the functionality offered and the flexibility in cropping and controlling uploads. Support was also 5 star. These guys are very helpful and stand behind their app.

This is a great simple to use app that has all the basic features needed to upload, edit and approve an image. I had a few custom options that I wanted and emailed the developer. He was more then willing to make it work for my site including after hour responses. I recommend this app to anyone looking for great product, service at a very reasonable price! I used this app to allow customers to add personalisation to they're purchase.
It worked well but needed a little tweak to make it work perfectly for me. I contacted customers support and they where fantastic. It now works perfectly for my needs. Highly recommend

We were searching for a while for an app which allows customers to upload their own photos, with a bit more research we found this app and it is so easy to use. We had a little issue with the set up of app working with our theme, however a quick email to the developer and it was sorted within minutes. Excellent App! Yongyi, thank you for all your help!
