Its the best App and you will get the best Appsupport in the whole Shopify Appstore. We use it everyday in two of our Stores and we are really excited!

I have been using this app to build a custom checkout for my products that require customer images to be uploaded. Each product has its own requirements and I have needed some additional help. Yongyi has been amazing to work with and I would strongly recommend this app and his services to anyone.

I’m mydedor.com, and I installed this plug-in so that my customers can order their favorite art paintings in my store. Then I hope to get the support of the developers. This app is exactly as described! So simple to set up and use. Yongyi has the best customer support ever! So fast to respond to emails, and fix issues that were entirely my fault. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Best app and definitely a must have for personalized image uploads to your shop. The app is easy to understand and is very comfortable to use for your customers. In addition absolutely great support. They are responding extremly fast and are helping with everything. They even developed a new option into their app to make the usage for my customers even more comfortoable.
I would highly recommend this app.

You can't see the pictures uploaded by customers in the backend, and there is no customer service to interface with.

Hello,

Your store is using a third-party custom sticky add-to-cart button and a third-party "Grab this deal" by Qikify feature. Both features override our app and allow customers to place an order without an uploaded image or prevent the image URL from being saved in the order properties.

We replied to your emails, explained to you the reason it happened, and offered possible solutions. I contacted Qikify support and they were ready to fix the issue, but you have removed our app.

As you can see from our review, we offer great customer support and are always available and happy to help.
