I have sent you an email about this. Seems like you have installed a new shopify theme and need to update the shopify theme.
You can do that by simply pressing "save" again in the settings.
If there's any other issues, contact me and I can help you get it fixed!

The app serves its purpose for me. Creator is very accommodating in customizing and adding some more tweaks in the app to make it more useful. I think it's still relatively new so it doesn't have very robust features yet, so I am looking forward to more :)

THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST CUSTOMIZATION APP AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Yongyi helped me with so much with my initial questions and even went as far as doing some custom coding to my website to fix some minor issues I had. I've never had such fast responses to issues. I decided to go with this app after browsing around a lot of photo uploader apps. This app is definitely a winner with the input field where my customers can leave a custom request on each photo while other apps are simply a photo uploader only.
After installing the app, it didn't sit where I wanted it to be on the product page, so I reached out to the developer and Yongyi was able to fix it within a couple hours I sent the request. And I also asked to remove the crop function since I only need the entire photos from the customers. All of the changes were delivered instantly.
I'm so happy with the product and the customer service that Yongyi offers. Thank you so much for your great work and support!! I appreciate you very much!
