They don't have anything related to Google in this app even though they said: "Infinitepixels allows you to install multiple Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Tracking, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) code on your website and use unlimited server side tracking for all your pixel."

They suggest that you install and pay for one of their other apps.

Fatima helped me setup the pixel and conversion API, it was a great assistance.

But the app did not track properly, hence removed.

This app does not work.
