I was having an issue and they helped me fix it. It did take a few days though because of the time difference. *update 5/17 - I lowered my rating because they said I could have a refund since I stopped using the app. I never received it. I was going to get charged again in 5 days. No, thank you!

Was working fine then their site went down causing bad lagging on homepage while trying to load the feed which didn't load. Had to uninstall and remove the code to fix my website.

Their site is down. The app doesn't load in shopify dashboard. The script is causing massive lag and the Instagram feed doesn't load. net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Too bad, it's a decent app.
