In a few clicks, I had intercom installed and live on my store. Was able to have my store's chat and help email all go into a single place. My customers can even check their order status on the intercom widget on my site so not as many customers are asking for help with order status.

We use Intercom in our SaaS product and love it. When we started using Shopify to distribute hardware, it was a no brainer to use this integration. So far so good and would recommend to all Shopify users who need to communicate with their customers (i.e. everyone).
