After some struggles trying to contact support, I was able to get the necessary support to help solve my issue. The team was friendly and attentive, so I'm certain that the lack of communication initially was in error, and not a lack of attention by the team at Invoice Hero. Great to be able to auto generate invoices to customers and to also be able to send invoices in retrospect.
The app is completely free and sends invoices automatically. This is exactly what I was looking for. Had a couple questions to ask and the customer service got back to me very fast with all the answers ! Great app, I highly recommend it ! Nice app. It sends the invoice immediately receiving the order. It indirectly helps to build trust amongst the new customers. Small suggestion, delay by hours / days should be available to set ourselves. As some customers cancelling the orders before shipping. But invoices already sent to them. It may be misused. So, if we have control to send the invoice certain period of time, It would be even more nice. Nevertheless, I really appreciate the efforts made in. Thanks
