Merchants highly recommend this app for boosting recurring revenue and customer retention through its seamless Shopify integration. It offers automatic billing, a user-friendly interface, and customizable subscription widgets. Features like discounted and bundled options enhance its appeal. The app is noted for its reliability, quick setup, and efficient customer support, which is responsive and offers personalized assistance.
The backend of this app is extremely glitchy and has caused us so many issues. We've had 3 separate instances in the last 4 months of orders not going through, orders not following our rules/settings as they should, options being blocked from selection, double orders or missing orders.... each time we've had to message customer support and each issue was totally their fault and took 4-5 days to resolve each time. That means pissed off customers and damage to our reputation. I do NOT recommend this app for subscriptions.

Great subscription app! Highly recommend. At first, it seemed like customization options were limited, but once I reached out to the team, they were able to fully tailor the subscription box to my preferences. Abby was especially helpful throughout the process—she stayed persistent, never giving up, and always working towards a solution. In the end, we made it work, and now it perfectly matches the theme of my store!
