just leaving a review to use the app... Ill come back and let you know what I think once they let me install.

initial thoughts, rather crappy I have to write a review to install the app because I don't even know what the app is like yet? Oh well, we will see.

After integrating with Mailchimp the design of the pre engagement and post engagement screen become overlapping with each other and there's no way to fix that

So far it seems fine. You have to spend some time resizing pop up images for mobile devices. It would be nice if they could make it so this extra step isn't needed.

It's a good idea. Unfortunately, the pop up doesn't always pop up. So it's not really helping my customers. There's no real support to help with issues either. If it worked properly, I would rate it higher. Still, I'm sure there are better options available.

My the free period of this app has expired but it forces me to post a review to keep the features of the product free to use. Its hard to rate a product that i haven't been able to use yet.

So far it's been ok. I only signed up at the start of September.

It's a bit too early to tell - and I'll be able to give a better update in 6 months.

Positives:
- Good templates
- Decent customization

Negatives:
- Limited Support
- Unable to add multiple fields to form (can only capture email at this time)
- No automatic updates when customers sign up on form. I have to manually log in and check every time. Even then I have to download a spreadsheet to see who is new and not.
- Cannot delete test signups from above spreadsheet.

Again, I'll be in a better place to answer this in 6 months.
