This app is the best in the business. It has a lot of easy to access and understand analytics that help you decide what collections need to be sorted and merchandised better.
If you can't figure something out or need some hand holding, they have a built in agent called "KIM". She's able to access your store data directly and perform actions on your behalf. Its not a normal help agent that tells you what to do, it can actually do the work if given the permission.
