This used to be great for my shop and I loved having the option to offer variants more easily. But since the last update, it’s no longer mobile friendly and I can’t do all the same options I once could which is frustrating! Sadly have to discontinue using.

I am pretty sure the app is leaking customer data as for a variant field app there should be no requirement of order data and customer details. Our customers got a scam call impersonating our store on the order having the product we used this app for. This is pure data breach and should be removed asap.

We want to clarify that our app does not request, access, or store any customer or order data. You can verify this directly in your Shopify admin under App permissions — our app simply does not have the permissions required to view customer details, order data, or any sensitive store information.

If you still have doubts, we strongly encourage you to contact Shopify Support. They can fully investigate and confirm that:

Our app has no permission to access customer information,

All API calls made by our app are visible and traceable,

There is no possibility for our app to obtain or leak customer data, based on the permissions we have.

For your store’s security, we also kindly suggest reviewing other installed apps or custom integrations that do have access to customer or order data. Since our app does not have these permissions, it cannot be the source of the issue.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service was awful, unhelpful, and rude. After being very clear over email with what the problem they continued to tell me there was no issue and be dismissive. Multiple attempts to explain the issue and to pose our questions in various ways resulted in the same unhelpful, circular responses. Never answered any of my questions. It is well worth the money to go with ANY OTHER APP.

it's ok, but I am trying to submit a help request through the contact form on the app, but it just keep thinking and will not send.

The king variant App seems to affect how my other variants display.
The products that use King variant app variant for chain length, the colour will only appear as a drop down. but for all my products that don't have a variant using this app, they appear as buttons, which is how I want them all to appear. Hoping this can be fixed. Writing here as I have been waiting for 30 minutes to submit a contact us request through the app, but ti won't go through.

No way to add pricing in free tier. They made their app access 'free' just to get users.

Use this on 2 stores, always have some problems with it. Randomly an option stop working, and my customers are unable to purchase. Only the last week spent £500 on advertising, and my customers were unable to purchase, because an option did not work. Took us 1 week to realise why we don't have a single sale. You guys need to take business more siriously, because it happened to 2 of my stores already. We Business owners can not afford to loose a single penny because of an app. Choose a more expensive but better app guys.

Making my other app on my store bug. No way to fix that. Support can't help. I wouldn't recommand this app at all.

Just as we were editing the content of the email, we received your comment. We were really frustrated at the time. 😭
Conflict between two apps is a very common problem.
In time you use other product options app, there is a high probability that this problem will also exist.
We are really frustrated, and your comments made our entire team very disappointed.

Warning!!
This app is just a efficient hook to get you to install the APP and then you can do nothing with it, because you have to buy another app to be functional.

Can't get it to work. None of the tutorial videos on youtube have any sound so I was trying to follow by just watching what they were doing on the screen. I followed the instructions and on the backend it shows what it is supposed to look like ... but it doesn't do it on the front end. The only thing that works is that it added "Powered By Ymq App" to the page which was hardly the point.

I'm reaching out to their dev support so we'll see how that goes.
