Hi Nick,

Kit Karts is an application that sends out emails to help recover abandoned carts. Without any newly placed abandoned carts, it won't email your customers.

Pretty useless unless you're free to respond every hour. It really should be automated. I would reconsider if they could automate but they already told me they couldn't.

My shopify account has an automatic abandon cart option but I decided to use the Kit integration service to keep it all in one. However, it doesn't send out the emails. I went and check my abandon carts and it had over 20 carts. I was so upset given that Kit had been texting my abandon cart approval and email were not being sent. Kit Karts has contacted me once about an abandoned cart, I also use Scout which has highlighted many more abandoned carts....

This app is completely unnecessary and a waste of my time. You cant even send the recovery email yourself and editing is pointless because it keeps reverting back to the original. I hate it

I don't see that it started working. I am a bit disappointed. No message indicating that it has sent info to potential customers.
As I said, very disappointed.
