It won't work !! I've emailed twice and spoken to someone on the chat, no one can help !!!! I love using Klarna as a customer which is why i wanted it for our website however after over a week of contacting Klarna and no one helping maybe it's time to look somewhere else !!! Never managed to get the onsite messaging to work even after spending money with an external company who also couldn't get it to work.

Disgusted with their service! I'm not even going to go into details it's borderline ridiculous. I will be terminating my contract.
You used to be able to edit css of the element but for some reason it doesn't work with this app anymore.
If they make it so that you can add custom css to the element again I will change the review to 5 stars but for now its pretty bad

Very frustrating app. It certainly doesn't do what it says on the tin. There seems to me to be so many bugs that need sorting out before this app is any good. I initially couldn't get it to work. Awful! Unreliable, took hours not minutes to update live site, so no way to tell how it would look. The manual positioning is inaccurate at best and you can’t see the result of any changes you make for hours. Worse than useless.

trying to add api credentials into the app and it doesn't work, customer service sucks, they just give you copy and paste responses and tell you to email their merchant team which takes 1 week to get a response. UPDATE: Thank you for fixing a piece of my issue. My klarna info placement page still isn't working and I can't get banners on my homepage.
