I do love this review app as an add-on to Klaviyo email marketing. It's easy to import reviews from other platforms, and create review requests. I don't like that people can leave star ratings without their name attached, though.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. People cannot leave star ratings without names -- only verified buyers can leave star ratings and their names are always shown. Also, you can disable this setting and require that all reviews must include text. You can find this setting on https://www.klaviyo.com/reviews/settings/submission-page and under "behavior" of our new editor experience.

It's ALMOST perfect, and has come 1000 miles since we first evaluated it early this year. Several key features we requested at that time have been implemented, which precipitated our switch from another popular reviews app. The integration with Klaviyo email is a huge differentiator for this product.

The ONE feature that would make this a 5: In the widget for a full Reviews web page, it doesn't show the store's response to the reviews. This is crucial in mitigating the impact of negative reviews.

Will be happy to upgrade this to a 5-star when that feature is added.

This app and service will be brilliant, when it's completely ready. Now it lacks a lot of translations, such as Finnish, which means it cannot be used in local shops. Would also like the possibility to do custom CSS to match the widget with the webshops design.

Thank you Klaviyo for creating this. Will look forward to it when it's more complete. And if you need help with translations to Finnish or Swedish, let me know :)

We had given a bad review a few months ago because there were no translations. But it was dealt with very quickly. We were also contacted about the matter. After a few weeks, the issue was already implemented. Great! Really great. That's why we've subsequently raised the rating to 4 stars. We don't give it 5 stars because it is relatively expensive. Too bad, otherwise we would definitely have bought it.

Rather limited options to change style, e.g. Font-style, font-size, size of stars. Reviews don't seem to be synced back to Shopify so you have to replace the original shopify rating-stars (the Klaviyo stars are way too large, you also can not change this). In general great ideas about functionality features.
