I've just upgraded to v2. As usual, the support team have been amazing. They don't mind how basic the questions are, give very speedy replies and solutions, and having explained that I know nothing about html/css they do the corrections for me. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend.
The app is really great and gathers everything you need to translate. It's efficient and I can do the translation better with the original text shown next to the editor. The team is really kind and helpful, and helped me customize the language switcher really fast. A must-have for business with bilingual or multilingual target audience.
Wonderful support team. They helped me for several issues so fast even on weekends while they weren't officially at the office.

This app is fairly easy to set up and use. The v2 update really improved the UI. It's not perfect, but of all the language translation options we've looked into, this has been the most efficient. If you're looking for a quick machine translation, this probably isn't the one, but if you want more nuanced control, this is a good place to start. Products, collections, themes, metafields, pages, articles, blogs, notifications, shop code, and even custom translations for special cases. Also, support has been helpful. We've had a few instances when something changed in our theme and the translations didn't work properly or the switcher didn't play nicely with the new theme code, and support was always able to fix it for us. My one major disappointment (for anyone planning to use third-party translation platforms, such as Crowdin): the Langify import/export seems to be using the actual string as the string identifier, so importing your translated strings only seems to work if the string has remained unchanged in Shopify. Since we're continually changing strings, this makes the import feature mostly useless for us, but considering the other features of this app, it seems worth the trade-off. (BTW, there are legitimate reasons for doing things this way; it's just an inconvenience for us.)

Keep in mind they don't have a customer service over the phone, just by email so good luck if you have issue. They don't answer back right away by email so it can take a day to resolve a problem.
It's a great app with a good support team behind it. There are a lot of options to start translating all your webshop content. The translation widget is very clean aswell!
I used Langify to translate my entire website. It was very easy overall. Much of it was customized, so I ran into a little trouble finding where the specific areas were located, but minutes after I used the support tab and sent my inquiry (which was very late at night), I received precise information and step by step info. I managed to get in there and do it quickly! Super support at all times and very professional. These people know what they are doing and know how to communicate even if you aren't a developer yourself. EXCELLENT! Highly recommend Langify. Easy and great support. What more do we want!
