langify ‑ translate your store

Best support ever from one person: Sabrina! The 5 stars go to her support mainly for helping with everything that I had to do. Always available and always sharing what went wrong and how could i had fix it.

On another note: Langify(Shopify) unfortunately doenst let you translate our urls. So too bad for our SEO.

Still regarding support a person named Wolf, was not of much help at all. I asked something and he or she basically said that i could, basically, consult their FAQ. When i asked my question i had already searched everywhere and tried to do things on my own. To get that sort of response from a human its ridiculous, a bot could have easily said that. Human support has the responsibility(response+ability) of being much better!

About the app: its sort of easy to use, except when we're trying to translate certain elements that are hardcoded.

Conclusion: everyone at support center should learn from Sabrina, copy her style and try to be as helpful as she is. It makes a world of difference to be her customer or to be Wolf's customer. If I didn't have her support i would probably not be using this app.

Brilliant Customer support: extremely quick and efficient. The agents provided me with ad-hoc video and screenshot to make the set-up error proof. The app itself it very easy to use.

Amazing app! Does exactly what it promises and the support is super fast. I had a request about positioning the language buttons on my website and the support helped me even in my theme backend to get it to the right position. After 1 hour we solved the whole thing saving me a lot of work and time respectively.

عظيم جدًا، استخدمته للنسخة العربي من الموقع الخاص بالشركة اللي بشتغل فيها، مش معتمدة على ترجمتهم بشكل كبير لأنها آلية، لكن المزايا التانية للتطبيق عظيمة وبتوفرلي خيارات كتير. والحقيقة أنه أبسط وأسهل وأوفر بكتير من الاستخدام عن Weglot اللي قعدت معاهم 3 شهور وفي النهاية مقدرتش أطلع بالنسخة العربي من الموقع.

I added the langify app yesterday and must say that it worked really really well! To be honest I was quite hesitant to begin with but I gave it a shot and it worked like a charm.

I can really recomend it!

In addition to how well the app worked I got some really frinedly and great support when I had some minor questions at the end of my translation work! Great app, great service and the solution to a huge problem for me. So in short; great work!

I have been searching for a shopify app to translate my shop in another language. I tried other apps before but these were javascipt based, so there was delay on EACH page with the translated version. I tried Langify and it was exactly what I was looking for. No translation delay and the option to translate every single word in your shop, except some parts of the checkout process (the title of the product for example).

Johannes is super helpful and always replies very quickly. I couldn't be happier with this app. I just wish that the geolizr app was processed in langify, the price for both of the apps together is a bit high.
