**Powerful Software That Has Exceeded My Expectations**

LitCommerce has been a great tool for syncing our large eBay inventory with Shopify. There was a learning curve at first, but the more I use the platform, the more impressed I become with its capabilities. The Sell Similar functionality alone has helped us efficiently refresh thousands of stale eBay listings—something that would have been extremely time-consuming to handle individually.

Their support team recently helped me understand the correct workflow for a specific group of listings, and the information they provided solved my problem.

I’m giving four stars because communication with support can sometimes feel more like a debate than a straightforward effort to understand the user’s question. Still, the software itself has exceeded my expectations and includes all the tools I currently need. Overall, I’m very satisfied with LitCommerce and would recommend it to sellers managing inventory across multiple platforms.

Absolutely phenomenal app and support! I spent over 4 years struggling with Codisto/Marketplace Connect without realizing there were better solutions out there. When Marketplace Connect completely stopped working (and their support didn't care), I went searching in desperation for something...anything...that would work.

I hurriedly scheduled demos from three different apps to evaluate. LitCommerce was the first to respond, and their initial contact included enough resources to explore it on my own. I installed it and started playing with it; two hours later I canceled my other two app demos.

It is well designed and intuitive enough that all I needed was a 5-minute intro video to start using it. In one afternoon, I transferred my entire catalog of around 350 items to LitCommerce, got all of my templates set up, and saw everything listed on eBay. Simple. Easy. Perfect. I ended the day by gleefully uninstalling Marketplace Connect. I normally don't make decisions this fast, but I was losing money, and needed a quick fix.

I had issues with two items which seemed like they were not updating correctly, so I contacted support. They jumped right on it, checked everything, and concluded that the items were submitted to eBay correctly. They did this in REAL TIME. The problem was on eBay's end; they were slow to update those two items. The next day both items were live and perfect with no further work needed from me or LitCommerce support.

Time is precious to a small business owner, and now I will need to spend much less of it getting my items listed on eBay! Highly recommended!

Our experience with LitCommerce was extremely frustrating. We have approximately 400 existing products already listed on both Shopify and Etsy, AND CURRENTLY SYNCED WITH ANOTHER SYNCING APP, but because Shopify identifies them as “simple” products while Etsy identifies them as “variant” products, LitCommerce was unable to properly link and sync the existing listings. Even with mathcing SKUS.

For an app designed specifically to simplify multichannel selling, we certainly didn't expect such a basic difference between two major platforms to create this kind of problem. Especially since all products are currently synced with another APP.

The proposed solution was even more disappointing: either manually modify roughly 400 products individually or **delete all 400 products from our Shopify store and recreate them by syncing them back from Etsy**. Neither is a reasonable solution for an established business with hundreds of existing listings. We installed LitCommerce specifically to save time and streamline Shopify, Etsy and eBay management—not to create hours of additional work or require us to rebuild our Shopify catalogue. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience and ultimately we decided to uninstall the app.

Love the interface but it lacks the ability to create shipping labels for Etsy orders on Shopify. This is key for us so we don't have to switch back and forth to fulfill orders. If this was added then it would be a 5 star for sure.

Great and simple to use user interface with clear instructions on the setup process.
We had complex queries for specific requirements of our Shopify store, and the support team were great at helping us diagnose a few self inflicted setup issues.
They even worked quickly to add a new feature to their app to help us with our requirements.
We're now looking to expand our use of LitCommerce to our other Shopify store as our experience has been so good.

Steep learning curve if you are new to automation like myself but the support is really good and has helped me sort through my issues thus far. Some issues with populating in depth item specifics moving product from shopify-ebay (hence the 4 star It does reduce ebay visibility with reduced item specifics) but overall has been a good answer to some major issues I have had with split inventory. I am sure I can upgrade to 5 star in future. Product sync works well.

We just started using LitCommerce with Shopify, our main store, to integrate with Ebay. We sell into the reuse market (vintage, antique, used) so each of our products is a unique listing, no multiple items. Every listing is an inventory of "1", so listing is a major use of time and resources. Having to list each item twice, once on each channel, is a major impact on our economics!

We are encouraged that LitCommerce will provide the rich integration environment we need to eliminate the duplication. Their listing templates and rules look to be just what we need fix in the gaps between the data fields in Shopify and Ebay. Their power of their toolkit may relieve us of the "fixing" of missing data that our previous integration app left us with!

Who knows! If successful we have even have the tools we need to add (back) Etsy as a selling channel. Without wearing ourselves out :).

This app so far has been a great integration tool for us, syncing quickly from multiple shops, and for a fraction of other apps I've used. I received help from Lily in the chat function to clear up some listing challenges I had in navigating listings on my first day. She made it easy to understand what I was missing and how to get everything loaded so I could just get back to making money.

Five stars for the support team alone. I hit a connection error trying to link my Etsy shop during my trial, the kind of thing that usually turns into a week of copy-paste support replies. Not here. Rachel (one of their real, not AI agents) took point as they worked the problem across multiple days and multiple shifts, and every handoff was clean. Each new agent already knew the full history, so I never had to re-explain anything. They escalated it without me asking, kept me posted while they dug in (it turned out to be a bug on Etsy's side, not something they even caused), and followed up until we confirmed both of my stores were connected and working.

Rachel even walked me through getting my first import from the Etsy side linked up to make sure there were no issues after the connect was fixed.

I'm still early with the tool itself, but support is what I actually judge software on, because everything breaks eventually. These folks show up when it does.

This is a fantastic platform and the customer service available is top notch. If they don't have an answer they quickly escalate it to someone who can help and will do whatever it takes to get it resolved. The platform is smooth and easy to use and I highly recommend it x
