After I wrote the below review, the team attempted to fix this issue.
Unfortunately, they were not able to, and I had to search and they attempted to gaslight me into thinking the feature was not there.

It was previously and they state they can't re-implement it due to eBay's API.

Other multichannel software can do this with eBays API, and I am testing a few to see which one can replace Lit.

Unfortunately Lit is not as LIT as it used to be.

They do add features and that is great!
What isn't great is when they remove time saving features and you are forced to figure out a workaround that takes 10 times as long as it did before.

1 instance being if you have a product in Shopify that has say 5 colors and 10 types. You list it to Etsy, then add 2 more types in shopify, you can then tell it to update the variants from shopify and it will do that so you don't have to add them all via etsy's interface.

With ebay, you could do that, now you can't, you have to add them 1 at a time using a different page.

LitCommerce has been a really helpful addition to my Shopify store. As someone who sells across multiple channels, keeping inventory and listings in sync can easily become a full-time job. This app makes it much more manageable.

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to connect Shopify products to other marketplaces and keep everything updated automatically. Once the listings are linked, inventory and pricing updates flow across channels without me having to constantly monitor each one. That alone has saved me a lot of time and helped prevent overselling.

The interface is straightforward and the bulk listing tools make it easy to manage larger catalogs. I also had a good experience with their support team when I had setup questions. They were responsive and walked me through things clearly.

If you run a Shopify store and want to expand to marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or Etsy without manually managing everything, LitCommerce is definitely worth considering. It’s a solid tool for simplifying multi-channel selling.

Reasonable price and saves time syndicating your product information to your sales channels. Customer support is great and ensures you are setup for success.

Very easy to use. Was able to get my hundres of listings to various platforms at the click of a few buttons. Without Litcommerce it would have taken me dozens and possibly hundreds of hours to remake all of the listings.

Harvey was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly walk me step-by-step through how to use the app and made sure I understood each feature before moving on. His instructions were clear, patient, and easy to follow, which made a potentially overwhelming setup process feel much more manageable.

I really appreciate how responsive and thorough he was when answering my questions. He didn’t just give quick answers — he made sure I fully understood how everything works so I can confidently use the platform moving forward. So far, my experience has been very positive thanks to his support.

Excellent App! Saved me many hours of creating listings on multiple platforms. This simplifies with added features and to modify listings based on different platforms on go. Addition to that excellent and prompt customer service. I recommend to everyone who use multiple platforms.

The app works well, there is a bit of a learning curve to get it to work. However, the support staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I mainly use it with Ebay integration right now. I will be moving to the Amazon integration but can tell it will be an additional learning curve there.

Once you get your head around some of the quirks and it's set up correctly, it works great. The support have been outstanding, very quick to reply and resolve the few issues I had (some of which were my understanding of how to use the system). Very impressed and at a very reasonable price.
