Great app and great customer support. It helped me to save my store by having all of my listings stored in the app, while shopify settings ruined it ( deleted all of my products). thank you so much! and of course great app to sync with eBay!
Thank you so much to the LitCommerce team - Mona, Rachel, Phillip. They're always ready and available to answer any questions. The platform itself has been a game-changer for connecting our Shopify and Etsy stores and finally getting a handle on our inventory issues.
Overall I have enjoyed using LitCommerce. I use it to sync Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Amazon and Walmart. I do encounter issues at times and often it is user error. However, they do respond within 24 hours to walk me through the problems and how to solve them.
Cannot get to work with eBay or Amazon. Works fine with Reverb.
Ebay Support say its LitCommerce and they are not supported. Lit commerce support is away for a few days and can't help.
All its default postage options for eBay are in Canadian which cannot be changed, which is eBay errors. No products can sync.
Works well when all data is spot on. Some issues with linking orders by variant but customer support is helpful in troubleshooting.
The ease of use, transparency, ability to customized and increase your workflow productivity is almost un-matched with LitCommerce!
When in doubt, live chat support is only a click away, did I mention most concerns are resolved with 1st level support?!?!?!? Unmatched SLA's in the industry, (almost as good as ours!)

LitCommerce has been amazing for me. It's a critical part of my business making sure I don't miss an order from any of my online store locations. Updating and managing listings is pretty easy. This is a great comprehensive tool for multi-channel selling. This has been working well for us listing 3000+ products, en masse, on a few platforms from our Shopify store.
I've been using the app for a couple of months now and it has helped me manage my inventory well. Support has been very responsive and helpful when I have questions. Just had a session where Lily walked me through the exact steps I needed to do. So helpful!
I've tried so many apps in my quest to successfully sync my Shopify and Etsy stores, but none of them work as well as LitCommerce. The support just came in clutch, and they were helpful above and beyond what they needed to be.
