LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

Dose not work very well with Amazon and Walmart. Seems like a great idea but software needs more development and intelligence. Seems to be a Alpha or Beta product still. Had issues like multiple listings on amazon and unable to read product categories. Also had field descriptions not able to read Shopify data fields like color. Support was friendly and eager to help but not able to get to work and received a lot of customer service canned answers. Learning videos are great but not able to get me to the finish line. I put around 15 hours in support to many nights past 1am EST. Support seems to be in far east and only able to reply from 9pm to 8am. Probably will be a great product as it matures. Not interested in being thier R&D while paying for service. Free version dose not give you ability to use product so I paid for premium.

This app is amazing. It's super easy to use and has a great guide with specific and easy to follow instructions. Maybe the guide needs to be a little bit clearer since I misunderstood one of the steps. Audrey caught on and cleared the matter for me in just a few minutes in a very efficient, straight to to the point without leaving anything out way. She didn't deviate, she dove right in.

We have been a multichannel online store for many years, utilizing some higher end and costly solutions to manage our listings, inventory, and orders across all of our channels. Litcommerce does all of the above and does it at a very affordable price. We transitioned over to Litcommerce back in June and haven't looked back! We highly recommend this app!

We had tried other multichannel solutions on the Shopify App Store prior to LitCommerce and for one reason or another were forced to explore other options. Our experience with LitCommerce has been nothing but exceptional. The product itself is nearly perfect for our current needs. Pricing is fair when compared to the current market. Their support team is one of the best we have worked with (and we deal with a lot of support teams.) Feedback, feature requests, account inquiries - every contact has been treated above and beyond what one would expect from online support these days. The product is great, but in our opinion, the care and professionalism of the support team makes them the best option on the marketplace in our opinion. We encourage anyone branching out into the multichannel waters to give this product a test before looking elsewhere. A big thank you to Jean and the LitCommerce Team for such an exceptional experience.

One note: Amazon has employed a more restrictive approach to their API in recent years and 3rd party developers are required to go through a highly complicated and lengthy application process to receive customer address information for orders. LitCommerce is in the process of the application; however until it is complete, address information will come in as randomized strings for Amazon orders and will need to be obtained manually through your Amazon merchant account. It is our only current negative and is not a deal breaker for us but it would be unfair not to mention.

I have paid and tried many of the Ebay Integration Apps, and found LitCommerce to be the best in Support and as a functioning program. Most of the Developers do not use the their own software and don’t realize what is truly needed. LitCommerce Is different in that I never feel lost. Menus are all plain and clear. I love being able to view the products in Large and small Versions (Editing mode). Quit wasting your money and time on other Apps and dive into LitCommerce instead. I have not been paid for this review. I really am a paying customer.
