I am located in Canada and was weary about doing business overseas. We did a custom cart migration to Shopify. Jenny and Jarvan assured me and took the time to make me feel comfortable doing business with them. They are professional and know what they are doing. We used LitExtension for our BigCommerce store to Shopify. I thought this would be more of a self service extension rather than a service. I talked to their customer service agents dozens of times. If I had a problem they couldn't quite help me solve, they always had an alternate and good solution. This is a service, not just a tool and I am very pleased with how much they helped up migrate over 150,000 orders!

Very nice service! We migrated from Magento2 to Shopify. We had to Migrate data to two separate sites, but they did a perfect data migration of products, customers and orders. All we did was tell them what we wanted.
